Summary: Very timely communication with owner. Very courteous owner and amenities. Kitchen was a little smaller, but offered us everything we needed. They have a long dining room table that can accommodate everyone in our group. Beware of the front street when it rains, it collects water but the garage on the back of the house was our main means of coming and going. I definately recommend tbis house to families.

Summary: My husband, 1 year old and 3 year old stayed here recently since my dad lives in the neighborhood. He only has two bedrooms and if you can relate - if my baby sleeps with me, she will. wake. up. The four bedrooms were GREAT! The master bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom had bunk beds and my toddler LOVED it. We used the third bedroom for our baby/used the pack n play that came with the house but brought our own crib mattress. We did not use the fourth bedroom, but it was beautifully put together. The washer and dryer were great to have and worked well. The decadent dining room table...LOVED IT. I WISH I had that table, haha! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and the location was AMAZING. Close to whatever we needed/wanted. Great communication with the host. I was bummed to read that there was a hot tub but there is not one. Not a big deal at ALL, but for incase the site does not let her change the description. The backyard is beautiful and well kept. I wish we could have used the fire pit, but our schedule did not allow it. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great home for our littles as well. The only thing we had to keep our eyes on was the fire place screen. She just wanted to touch it so badly, haha! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay here again. Cozy, Comfy and a great stay for our family. Thank you!

Summary: The house was was good. Good beds and linens. House was comfortable but nothing fancy. Yard care was not great when we were there but fine overall.

Summary: We were in town to catch the hockey game at the American Airlines arena in Dallas. Gwen was the perfect host. Did everything she can to accommodate us. Wish we were able to stay longer at this house!!!
